(SANILAC COUNTY) – The Sanilac County Historical Society (SCHS) invites lovebirds to make this Valentine’s Day extra memorable by getting married or renewing their vows in a Pop-Up Wedding. Every year, February 14 is filled with flowers and chocolate and hearts, and most importantly, those we love.
Why not celebrate by combining all of that into a wedding? After all, Valentine’s Day is about expressing love, and what could be more romantic than saying “I do” on this special holiday?
Cathy Stewart, Pop-Up Wedding Coordinator, assures us there’s plenty of time to put a wedding together by Valentine’s Day.
“Our Pop-Up Weddings are the perfect solution for a last minute ceremony. In fact, for our Valentine weddings we only require 24 hours notice. We take care of everything, we schedule all of the wedding vendors and coordinate the entire event for the bride and groom. The couple just needs to show up, with marriage license in hand, and we’ll take care of the rest!”
