Two people were taken to area hospitals late Wednesday afternoon, following a two-vehicle crash in Tuscola County. According to Michigan State Police Troopers, the crash happened on Mayville Road, near Kingston Road, around 4 p.m. Troopers say the roadway was closed for a period of time while the investigation was completed. A 58-year-old Clifford female and a 20-year-old Caro male were both taken to a local medical care facility with non-life-threatening injuries. Both were later released. The crash is remains under investigation by troopers from the Michigan State Police Caro Post. Troopers were assisted on scene by Burlington Fire Department and Mayville Ambulance.
