(SANILAC COUNTY) – A case of a missing Sanilac County resident had a happy ending early Friday morning.
Sanilac County Sheriff Paul Rich had issued a missing person report, saying late Thursday evening while on patrol, a deputy was flagged down by a family member stating a family member was missing.
In the release, Sheriff Rich said his Office was seeking information on the whereabouts of Edward Duda, a 39-year-old Jeddo man.
According to the press release, Edward had left work on Lakeshore road near Washington road and never returned.
Family members said he may have been seen walking down Lakeshore and Washington road area between 1:30 P.M. and 5:00 P.M. Thursday.
On Friday morning, around 9:30, the Sheriff said the man had been found safe and sound, but gave no other information.
