A busy summer continues this weekend, including the return of the Minden City Homecoming that runs Friday through Sunday.
Homecoming officials have a full lineup of activities planned, including the USA Demolition Derby Friday night along with kids events and a beverage tent with a live band.
Saturday features Corn Hole tournament beginning at 2 p.m. with the TTPA tractor pull rolling to the starting line at 5 p.m. Another band will take to the stage in the beverage tent to cap off the evening.
A Farmer’s Market will be held at 10 a.m. Sunday with the Big Parade scheduled for 12 noon. A car show and a chicken dinner will follow after the parade.
The Minden City Homecoming is organized by the Minden City Lions Club and the Minden City fire department.
