Services for Phyllis Stroup will be held Thursday March 3rd at 11 a.m. at the Kaatz Funeral Home in Capac
Visitation will be at the funeral home on Wednesday from 2 until 8 p.m. and again on Thursday from 10 a.m. until time of service.
