(ST. CLAIR COUNTY) – Two men were arrested following a raid on a home in the city of Port Huron last week.
According to Sheriff Mat King, the St. Clair County Drug Task Force conducted an investigation into the sales of narcotics in the Port Huron area.
The investigation led to the execution of a search warrant shortly after 7:00 p.m. last Tuesday in the 1000 block of Minnie Street.
Members of the DTF seized methamphetamine, scales, packaging material, cellphone, a 12 gauge shotgun and ammunition.
Two men from Port Huron, ages 41 and 35 were arrested at the home and lodged at the St. Clair County jail.
They face multiple charges including possession of a controlled substance, resisting and obstructing a police officer and aggravated possession of child abusive sexual material.
The Port Huron Police department assisted at the scene.
