St. Clair DTF: Port Huron Twp. bust results in seizure of almost $40,000 worth of drugs

A 31-year-old man from Detroit is lodged at the St. Clair County Jail following a search warrant served after midnight on Thursday, August 25 that culminated in the seizure of almost $40,000 in drugs.
Officers with the St. Clair Drug Task Force executed the warrant in the 1700 block of Yeager Street in Port Huron Township around 12:30 a.m. Thursday morning, finding the 31-year-old man, as well as drug paraphernalia, a digital scale, a large amount of crystal methamphetamine with a street value of $34,500, as well as a quantity of fentanyl valued at $4, 710 on the street.
The man was arrested and faces charges of possession with intent to distribute the meth and fentynal, as well as a charge of maintaining a drug house. He remains lodged at the St. Clair County Jail.
