Clarabelle Bowman, age 93 of Fostoria, passed away on Thursday, February 16, 2023.
Services for Clarabelle will be held on Wednesday, February 22, at 11:00 a.m. at the North Branch Wesleyan Church. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 21, from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Blackburn Chapel-Martin Funeral Home, and again at the church on Wednesday, from 10:00 a.m. until time of service.
