The Thumb is under another winter storm watch for Friday afternoon, with the watch going into effect around 3:00 p.m. on March 3.
The National Weather Service predicts that snowfall will be heavy at times and up to 1 to 2 inches falling per hour.
With the wet heavy snow predicted to accumulate up to 6 to 10 inches in addition to 35 mph winds, officials say to plan for slippery road conditions and little visibility that might impact the evening drive home tomorrow.
