With the aim to supply local shelters with needed items, the Sandusky Police Department is hosting a needs drive for women’s and children’s shelter, Eva’s Place, and men’s shelter, Sanilac House of Hope Rescue Mission through April 7.
With items such as laundry detergent, dish soap, paper plates, paper towels, and food like rice, butter and eggs needed at both shelters, those wishing to donate can drop off items at Sandusky’s City Hall any time between 8:00 a.m. and 4: 30 p.m. Monday through Friday until Friday, April 7.
