With a soft launch tomorrow, April 20, Mama’s Eatery and Ice Cream Shop is opening in Lexington!
Opening in the former Lighthouse Creamery building, the restaurant opened first as the Sandwich Scoop food truck in June 2021, before downsizing and joining the Top Dog food truck’s pop-up menu in September 2022.
However, the brilliant minds and talented cooks behind the menu are back and in a permanent location in Lexington, having expanded their menu past sandwiches, salads and ice cream to include homestyle breakfasts and even bigger ice cream creations than before.
Mama’s Eatery and Ice Cream Shop will be open from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. starting tomorrow, April 20. You can find this sweet spot at 5435 Main Street in Lexington.
