Bad Axe Police say that alcohol was a probable factor in a Saturday morning side-by-side accident that left one injured.
On Saturday, June 10, just before 12:45 a.m., Officer Deacons of the Bad Axe Police was dispatched to the area of South Van Dyke Rd and Outer Drive for a single vehicle crash.
Upon his arrival he found that a 2022 Polaris side-by-side ORV had rolled onto his side causing injury to the driver, a 38-year-old Bad Axe man. The driver was transported to McLaren Thumb region for his injuries.
