The man at the center of an indecent exposure investigation has been formally charged and arraigned in Huron County District Court.
Huron County Sheriff Kelly Hanson reported recently that, following a July complaint “about an elderly man exposing himself to teenage girls” at Oak Beach County Park on July 5, the suspected perpetrator was arraigned earlier this month.
76-year-old Bruce W. MacDonald was formally charged with misdemeanor indecent exposure for his alleged actions in Lake Township. He turned himself in on the charge and following arraignment, was released on a personal recognizance bond with stipulations, particularly not being permitted to be around persons under 18.
The suspect currently is on the Michigan Sexual Offender Registry for a conviction in 2007 of second degree criminal sexual conduct.
