This afternoon, the Marlette Police Department announced to the community the need for help in a recent breaking and entering case.
The crime is believed to have occurred some time after Sunday, October 15, in the 2700 block of Lamotte Street, near Angle Street. Officers are unsure how many suspects they are looking for, but whether it was several or only one suspect, they took several items, including one large Buck knife with a fixed blade and an air pellet rifle colored black.
Other missing items include two sets of Harley Davidson branded knives, with one set being of 10 buck knives with locking blades, and the other set consisting of six throwing knives and its accompanying wooden case. The police has provided pictures of the crime scene via social media, with similar knives available for viewing in the posted photos.
