The Sanilac County Sheriff’s Office kicked off No Shave November this year with a $400 donation to the Wreaths Across America project.

Each year, the sheriff’s office participates in a “no shave” event in November and December, with staff members donating $25 each month towards a charity or special events. This year, the Sanilac Sheriff’s Office partnered with the Blue Water Chapter of the Sons of the American Revolution to help support the “Wreaths Across America” project, raising $400 toward this great project. Wreaths Across America helps place wreaths on the graves of our Veterans Across the Blue Water area.

This year’s wreaths will be placed on Saturday, December 16th during the National Wreaths Across America Day. If you want to get involved in supporting Wreaths Across America you can visit: www.wreathsacrossamerica.org
