Rhoda Lucia, age 56 of North Branch, passed away on Thursday, December 28, 2023.
Services will be held on Wednesday, January 3, at 5 p.m. at the Blackburn Chapel-Martin Funeral Home. Visitation will also be held on Wednesday, January 3, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Blackburn Chapel-Martin Funeral Home.
