A Huron County man was arraigned Tuesday on three counts related to possession and distribution of child sexually abusive material, according to the Michigan State Police.
28-year-old Adonis Rafael Diaz of Pigeon was arrested following an investigation initiated by the agency when it was learned that Diaz was viewing illegal and inappropriate material containing minors. During the investigation, digital evidence was seized from the man’s home.
Diaz was charged with one count of possession of child sexually abusive material, one count of distribution of child sexually abusive material, and one count of using a computer to commit a crime.
