Judy Bell, age 82 of Fostoria, passed away on Saturday, March 23, 2024.
Services will be held on Thursday, March 28, at 11 a.m. at the Blackburn Chapel-Martin Funeral Home. Visitation will be held an hour before service and on Wednesday, March 27, from 4 to 8 p.m.
