Raphael “Ray” Nogowski, age 84 of Brown City, passed away on Wednesday, May 15, 2024.
Services will be held on Monday, May 20, at 12:30 p.m. at the Christian Memorial Cultural Center in Rochester. Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 19, from 3 to 6 p.m. at the Carman Funeral Home in Brown City.
