Two of three candidates interviewed this past week for Sanilac Intermediate School District Superintendent have been given second interviews, according to the district’s board of education.
Interviewing the candidates on Monday, September 30, and Wednesday, October 1, the Sanilac ISD Board of Education agreed Wednesday evening to invite candidates Josh Hahn and Katie VanConant back for interviews next Wednesday, October 9.
VanConant has served as the district’s Special Education Principal and Supervisor since 2022, while Hahn currently serves as superintendent for Unionville-Sebewaing Schools.
The interviews will be held during next Wednesday’s special meeting, beginning at 5:00 p.m. at the Sanilac Career Center (located at 175 East Aitken Road in Peck). The Sanilac ISD board will also meet for their regular meeting on Monday, October 21, at 6:00 p.m.
