Imlay City man arrested for accosting child for immoral purposes

Though police report he is just one of four recent arrests of the same kind, Imlay City Police have arrested a 58-year-old Imlay City man for accosting a child for immoral purposes.

Zeb Eugene-Lee Breeding was taken into custody last Tuesday, October 29, in the parking lot of the Imlay City Kroger. Following investigation, he was further charged with sodomy and using a computer/the internet to commit a crime.

If convicted on all counts, Breeding could face up to 34 years in prison. Taken to the Lapeer County Jail, Breeding was arraigned the next day and given a bond of $500,000.This case is on-going.
