The Port Huron Police are asking for the public’s help locating a man wanted on a bench warrant.
Mark Louis Weaver, age 63, is wanted on a criminal bench warrant for failure to appear on charges of child porn (two counts), accosting a child for immoral purposes, and three counts of using a computer to commit a crime.
Weaver is described as a white man who stands at 5’9” tall, weighs about 195 lbs, and has blue eyes. He has long brown hair and a graying beard.
