The Port Huron Police Department is asking the public for help in locating a missing man from Fort Gratiot.
Samuel Anthony Serra, 55-years-old, is described as a white male with brown hair and brown eyes. He stands at 5″7″ and weighs 255 lbs. He was previously living on the 1700 block of 15th Street in Port Huron, however, his family has not heard from him since December 2024. Samuel may have been last seen driving a red 2006 Chevrolet Monte Carlo in Macomb with the license plate number “61ACR3.”
