Sandusky man arraigned on child sexually abusive material charges

A Sandusky man has been arrested after an investigation resulted in the seizure of child sexually abusive material from his home. 41-year-old Justin Emil King was arraigned last Friday, February 21st in 73-A District Court.

The Michigan State Police Computer Crimes Unit, Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force began investigating after learning that King was sharing files of child sexually abusive material on the internet. A search of his home resulted in the seizure of digital evidence.

King has been charged with two counts of aggravated possession of child sexually abusive material, two counts of distributing child sexually abusive material, three counts of child sexually abusive activity and seven counts of using a computer to commit a crime. He stood mute during his arraignment last Friday, and a plea of not guilty was entered on his behalf by the court. King is currently lodged in the Sanilac County Jail on a $100,000 bond, with a probable cause conference scheduled for March 4th.
