(TUSCOLA COUNTY) — A 22-year old Snover man was critically injured in a single vehicle crash late Tuesday night in Tuscola County’s Novesta Township. Tuscola County Sheriff Deputies report the crash occurred when the driver of the vehicle lost control while heading south on Cemetery Road, near River Road, and struck several guard rails on the Cass River Bridge before careening into a ditch and striking a tree. The driver of the vehicle was taken to Hills and Dales Hospital and t hen later flown by Flight Care to St. Mary’s Hospital in Saginaw. Alcohol is believed to have been a factor in the crash. The Cass City Fire Department assisted at the scene.
