Joyce R. Hamblin, age 89 of Peck, passed away Sunday, September 18, 2016. Services will be held Sunday, October 2nd at 1:00 p.m. at the Marsh Funeral Chapel in Sandusky. Visitation at the funeral home Saturday, October 1st from 2:00 to 7:00 p.m.
