(SANDUSKY) — The McKenzie Health System Auxiliary elected new leadership during their meeting on October 8. Patti O’Connor is the President/Historian, Bert McBride, Vice-President; Kelsey Jensen, Treasurer; Rebecca Cambridge, Secretary; Marge Hall, Phone Tree Chairperson; Jo Derr, Gift Shop Chairperson; Erny Doerr, Sunshine Chairperson; Lori Zdrojewski, Parliamentarian/Legislative Chairperson. Founded in 1967, the McKenzie Health System Auxiliary offers volunteer opportunities. Members visit with patients, serve in the gift shop and coordinate fundraising to purchase new equipment for the hospital. They are also active in the community and participate in many service and charitable organizations throughout Sanilac County. Residents interested in joining the auxiliary is asked to contact Nina Barnett at 810-648-6127.
