(Tuscola County) – Police are seeking information relating to an incident that took place over the weekend in Koylton Township. Tuscola County Deputy Steve Roland is investigating an ethnic intimidation case stemming from an incident at a home on Smith Rd. where one of the family members is Hispanic.
According to police, when the family awoke Saturday morning, they found several boxes taped together, blocking the family’s driveway with the words “Trump” and “Take America Back.” President-elect Trump had campaigned against illegal immigration and proposed building a wall along the U.S. border with Mexico.
Authorities also found a doll made of balloons hanging nearby and vulgar graffiti spray painted on their driveway, which police said “is a crime”. If anyone has any information about this incident please call Tuscola County Deputy Roland at 989-673-8161 ex 4056.
