Nominations are being accepted for the 2017 Sanilac County Emergency Services Awards Banquet to be held Saturday, July 15th at the Sanilac Shrine park, near Carsonville.
Nominees for Firefighter of the Year, Law Enforcement Officer of the Year, EMT of the Year, 911 Dispatcher of the Year and Citizen of the Year are being accepted until June 19th.

The awards dinner and program will be held at 7 p.m. at the park, six and a half miles east of Sandusky. A steak dinner will be served at 4 p.m.
