A 19-year old man, formerly a student at Imlay City high school, was arrested by police last week and is facing multiple charges including making a terroist threat. According to police, Colin Owen entered the high school early last week at the end of a school day and attempted to take personal property from a former girlfriend. Owen fled the building before police arrived, causing a day-long search before he was arrested after being found in an Imlay City residence around 8 p.m. Police said the teen threatened a blood-bath at the school, in a text to the former girlfriend.
