As a result of a video being posted on Facebook, Port Huron police are investigating an alleged assault after receiving phone calls over the weekend. Investigators have identified the victim as a 47-year old Port Huron resident and have interviewed the victim, and several people who may be suspects, since the alleged attack. According to police, the video shows the victim being assaulted by several people and they are attempting to determine when and where the attack took place. While the incident was learned about on social media, police remind everyone they can report crimes by calling 911 or the CAPTURE hotline at (810) 987-6688.
