(SANILAC COUNTY) – The Michigan State Police has issued an Endangered and Missing person report on a Sanilac County teenager from Lexington. According to MSP officials, Kelsey Vonanderseck was last seen near her home and was last seen in the Port Huron area Thursday.
Authorities believe she left the area with a person they are calling a suspect, 41-year old Pavel Padalka and does not have medication with her that she needs to be taking.
Vonanderseck is 4’11” 110 lbs. with red or purple hair. The teenager and suspect are believed to be in a 2008 Buick with a license plate of DRVO436.
