Tuscola County officials continue to investigate a strong of incidents that led to damage being done to homes throughout the county. Officials from the Sheriff’s Office and the Prosecutor’s Office say they believe multiple suspects were involved in destroying several mailboxes during a crime spree between April 4th and 5th. Authorities say not only are the suspects facing charges of malicious destruction of property, but are also facing a $1,000 dollar fine each for violating the Governor’s Shelter in Place Executive Order. Police say the suspects made video of their escapades and posted it on social media. The case remains under investigation.
