Sanilac County Sheriff Deputies and Brown City fire department responded to the scene of a two-vehicle crash around 8 p.m. Monday evening in Brown City.
According to the Sanilac County Sheriff Department a 75-year old Brown City man was driving east on Burnsline Road, near Cade Road waiting for on-coming traffic before making a left hand turn on to Cade.
A second vehicle, driven by a 32-year old Imlay City woman was also traveling east on Burnsline and could not stop in time, striking the first vehicle in the rear end.
The driver of the Equinox was treated for minor injuries on scene while a 73-year old female from Brown City, who was a passenger in the Equinox was treated on scene and transported by Marlette EMS to Marlette Regional Hospital for further treatment.
The driver of the Cruze was not injured in the crash.
