Brockway Twp. man arrested for 11 charges related to child sexually abusive material

A St. Clair County man has been arrested for aggravated child sexually abusive material, with the man surrendering himself to the court following an investigation.
32-year-old Joshua David Patterson of Brockway Township was the subject of a Michigan State Police investigation after it was learned that he was viewing files of child sexually abusive material on the internet. Following a search of his residence and employer, with digital evidence being seized from his home, Patterson was charged with 11 counts.
He was arraigned in the 72nd District Court on Wednesday, October 18, on three counts of aggravated possession of child sexually abusive material, four counts of aggravated distribution of child sexually abusive material, and four counts of using a computer to commit a crime.
