With the recent devastation caused by Hurricane Helene, Sanilac Transportation is collecting items needed for rescue and relief efforts.
These items include tarps, new tents, batteries and flashlights, toiletries, personal care items, baby food and formula, canned goods, bottled water, diapers, baby wipes, pet food, cleaning supplies and even kids books and crayons. Monetary donations are also greatly appreciated.
Sanilac Transportation will be accepting donations via drop box located at the building’s front entrance at 110 Campbell Street in Sandusky, from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. If you would like to arrange for someone to pick up your donation, or if you have any questions, please contact 810-648-9766.
All donations will be taken to the local Red Cross of America.
