St. Clair County Drug Task Force arrests one, detains seven, during Tuesday search warrants

The St. Clair County Drug Task Force reports that the unit executed three search warrants last week, culminating in one arrest and the detainment of seven juveniles connected to the investigation.

With the search warrants executed simultaneously on Tuesday, October 8, the DTF was assisted by the Sheriff Special Response Team, K9 Brock, Port Huron Major Crimes Units, and Port Huron Special Response Team.

The law enforcement teams collectively seized 11 grams of fentanyl, 18 grams of crack cocaine, a collection of illegal prescription pills, a large amount of US currency, an Ar-15 with the serial numbers filed off, a stolen revolver, ammunition and magazines, drug paraphernalia, digital scales and packaging materials.

Arrested as a result was 18-year-old Jafari Green of Port Huron, who was arrested on seven charges, including possession with intent to deliver cocaine and fentanyl, and multiple felony firearms charges. He was given a $50,000 bond at arraignment.
