Clay Township man arrested for maintaining drug house, delivering/manufacturing meth, cocaine and fentanyl

The St. Clair County Drug Task Force concluded an investigation last week, arresting a Clay Township man in connection to the sale of narcotics.
55-year-old Samuel Serra was taken into custody after the search of his storage unit found nearly 85 grams of crystal methamphetamine, 15 grams of cocaine, 18 grams of fentanyl, suboxone strips, and sales materials. Serra was taken into custody without incident.
He is charged with five felonies, including two counts of maintaining a drug house, and three counts of delivering or manufacturing a controlled substance, one for each type of drug found during the search.
Serra remains at St. Clair County Detention and Intervention Center after bond was set at $30,000/10%.
