(SANILAC COUNTY) — The Sanilac County Board of Commissioners last week re-elected District 2 Commissioner Justin Faber as Board Chairman. The 2016 Vice-Chairman is District 4 Commissioner James Ruby and District 1 Commissioner Dan Dean was selected to serve as the Finance Chairman. In other business, Angela Kramer was elected to the Pension Board as a TPOAM Representative for a partial 3-year term expiring May 1, 2017. It was noted during Administrator Kathy Dorman’s report that a re-dedication ceremony of the courthouse will be held on April 12, commemorating it’s 100th Anniversary. Historical photos, documents and stories relating to the Sanilac County Courthouse are being sought for the event.
