Port Huron Police have identified the suspect arrested last month in Georgia in connection to the January homicide of 25-year-old Vincent Buckles.
The suspect arrested on February 12, 2025, in connection with the ongoing homicide investigation has been identified as 22-year-old Dazman Robert Drake, a resident of Detroit.
Drake is currently in custody at the Fulton County Jail in Georgia. At the time of his arrest, he also had outstanding felony warrants in Georgia. He remains in custody, awaiting extradition to Michigan.
According to a prior press release, Drake also has an outstanding felony warrant for a double homicide out of Detroit that occurred in December 2023.
