Leona Heilig, age 85 of Minden City, passed away on Tuesday, June 7, 2016. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday, June 10 at 11 a.m. at the Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Ruth. Visitation at the Smigielski Funeral Home in Minden City will be Thursday, June 9 from 3-8 p.m. with a Christian Mothers rosary at 7 p.m. and at the church on Friday, June 10 from 10-11 a.m. Memorials may be given to the Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Hometown Health and Hospice, or Meadow Lane Assisted Living.
