5K Walk for Health on Saturday, October 23, 2021 from 11 am till 2 pm

Community Diabetes Center is located at 110 N. Howard St., Suite 2 Croswell, MI 48422

Cost is $20 per person and tickets can be purchased through “Community Diabetes Center” Facebook Page OR in person at the Community Diabetes Center.

Proceeds from this event will go to the Community Diabetes Center to continue to “create a healthier community, one person at a time.”
