The return of the Port Sanilac St. John Lutheran Church “Harvest Home Dinner” will be held this year as a “carry out” meal. The 2021 event will be held on Sunday, October 10th. Hungry diners can expect to receive a traditional harvest feast that will include our famous “secret recipe” pork, turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes & gravy, green beans, coleslaw, roll & butter and homemade pie.
Full dinner meals will be $12 each and can be picked up at the church at 244 North Ridge, Port Sanilac. Dinners will be available for pick up at the front door of the church from 11:30 am until the food is gone. Get there early so you won’t miss out!
St. John has over sixty years of experience in serving a meal to the public to celebrate the harvest. The dinner paused to take time off due to COVID19 restrictions, but is back for 2021 in a deliciously revised format. The Ladies Aid organization of the church, along with lots of volunteers, promise to provide you with a hearty ‘taste of tradition’!
